How to get from the airport to the centre of Barcelona?
SUBWAY (Metro)
Take line L9S at Aeroport T1 or Aeroport T2 towards Zona Universitària; change at Torrassa station for line L1 towards Fondo and get off at Plaça Catalunya.
BUS
take the Airbus towards the city centre. It stops at Plaça Espanya and Plaça Catalunya. Single ticket: €6.75. Return ticket: €11.65. Further information: https://aerobusbarcelona.es/?lang=en
COMMUTER TRAIN (Rodalies)
Only recommended if your flight arrives at terminal T2. Take the R2 train to Sants Estació; there, change to another train to Plaça Catalunya (R3 -towards Ripoll, R1 -towards Maçanet-Massanes, R4 -towards Manresa).

Fare around 40 euros.
How to get to La Llotja de Mar?
The entrance to the Llotja de Mar building is located at 22, Pla de Palau. The building is a 15-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya. The nearest Metro stop is Barceloneta on line L4. Bus lines 59, 120, H14, D20, V17 and V19 also reach the building.
How to get to the CNMC headquarters?
From Plaça Catalunya, take line L1 towards Fondo and get off at Glòries. Walk 3 minutes to 56, Carrer de Bolivia. Types of passes for your visit:
- T-Casual: 10-journey pass for individual use (does not include journeys to/from the airport). Price: €11.35. It allows the use of transport for 75 minutes and includes changing between different modes of transport (for example, Metro-bus; bus-Metro; commuter train-Metro; commuter train-bus).
- 2 days/48 hour transport pass: Single-person pass with unlimited consecutive journeys from the first validation. Price: €14.76. Includes transfers to/from the airport by Metro and train.
- 3 days/72 hour transport pass: Single-person pass with unlimited consecutive journeys from the first validation. Price: €21.42. Includes transfers to/from the airport by Metro and train. *We recommend this type of pass for 3 days in Barcelona.
