All ICN member authorities will select their representatives to attend the ICN Annual Conference. Due to capacity reasons the number of attendees is limited to two in-person delegates per agency and one NGA from each member jurisdiction.

No interpreting services will be available. The conference will be held in English. Due to limited capacities, it is not possible to bring your personal interpreter.

The passport or travel document is always necessary and must be valid for up to three months after the expected date of departure from the Schengen territory and must have been issued within the previous 10 years to the date of entry. Citizens of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland can enter Spain with their national identity document or with their valid and current passport.

Certain nationalities require a valid visa currently in force. Visas are issued by the embassies or consulates of Spain in the country of origin.

Participation in the 2023 ICN Annual Conference will only be possible by invitation. To register for the conference, please, complete the online registration form on the conference website.

After validating the data provided, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.

Please, in case you are not able to attend the conference, you should inform the organisation as soon as possible (ICN2023Barcelona@cnmc.es ).

The registration cannot be transferred without the organisation’s authorization.

Only the plenary sessions will be recorded.
